A 2022 Bupa study highlights that mothers are not feeling as happy as you might think. The study showed that 50% of mothers felt pressured to meet unresisting expectations portrayed in social media. This lead to social comparison and a decline in self esteem.

A study conducted by Bellamy of Australian mothers, found that 90% of mothers were risking their health trying to be perfect. It's no wonder so many mothers are filled with self doubt, feelings of failure, feeling run down and ridiculed with anxiety.
