At Help For Mums we take a holistic approach to gentle parenting to ensure we cover all three components of how to be a gentle parent. The wellbeing approach embedded in our gentle parenting course and gentle parenting books guide you to function at your best first. With a strong wellbeing foundation, you can consistently implement calm and gentle parenting techniques with ease. In doing so, you learn how to cope with parenthood armed with expert tools, whilst feeling vibrant and more energised.

Being a calm and gentle parents takes more than just learning the tools of calm parenting. Next we focus on boosting your energy levels. We aim for better quality stress (which is now aided by reduced worry), feeling healthier and more energised to have the desire to play with your child/ren and get things done without falling in a heap at the end of the day.
We work together to create self care routines in order to build your self esteem and self confidence. This in turns reduces feelings of self doubt and insecurity and boost assertiveness.
We develop systems to organise your busy mum life to reduce feelings of failure by making life run smoother and ensuring you are on top of all your parenting, work and life demands.
Now that you're feeling your best, we empower you with thoroughly researched and tested calm parenting and gentle parenting tools to help you cope best in times of stress (such as during temper tantrums, when children don't want to listen, or when behaviour does not match your expectations).
