Lizzie founded Help For Mums after years of counselling professional women, parents and couples and then becoming a mother herself. As a new parent, Lizzie realised there was a lot of information available on how to look after a child physically, but very little if anything on how to build the emotional resilience to cope with the demands of motherhood.
Lizzie is a counsellor and coach and has worked in the corporate world. Lizzie is also a health expert, having represented Australia as an athlete in Fitness Titles and been the resident Health Expert on Melbourne 3AW radio.
